The U.S. Department of Energy has completed an Environmental Assessment, or EA, under the National Environmental Policy Act that evaluated environmental impacts related to installing a photovoltaic solar electrical generation system of up to 4.5 megawatts at the Durango, Colorado, Disposal Site.
