Remediation at the Maxey Flats Site was conducted in accordance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERLCA) and/or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. The site transferred to the Office of Legacy Management in 2004 and requires records-related activities and stakeholder support.
