Fluor Fernald Baseline

The baseline establishes how Fernald will sequence and implement work to optimize cost and schedule performance and accelerate cleanup without compromising safety or quality.  In March 2002, Fluor Fernald revised the baseline to outline how it will complete site remediation by late 2006, three years earlier than originally projected.
