Remediation at the Mound Site is being conducted in accordance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and/or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. The site is expected to transfer to the Office of Legacy Management in 2010 and will require operation and maintenance of remedial action systems, routine inspection and maintenance, records-related activities, and stakeholder support.
