Remediation at the Monticello Sites was conducted in accordance with Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERLCA) and/or Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. The sites transferred to the Office of Legacy Management in 2003 and require operation and maintenance of remedial action systems, routine inspection and maintenance, records-related activities, and stakeholder support.
